Responsible for selling memberships and marketing products, facilities, and services. The role involves meeting specific monthly new member sales targets, supporting member satisfaction and retention, and supervising the sales team in the absence of the Sales Manager.

Key Results Areas include:

• Building strong B2B and B2C relationships
• Organizing outreach events and promotions
• Finding prospects and making appointments
• Presenting services and offerings effectively
• Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handling basic sales administration

Experience & Competencies:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in health & fitness or hospitality)
• Willing to work retail hours
