• Grade 12
• ODETDP Diploma (NQF Level 5 – 240 credits)
• ETDP Assessor Certificate in Training
• Engineering N4 Certificate in Mechanical / Metallurgy
• Registered MQA Assessor
• Registered MQA Train-the-trainer
• 2 years operational Development of training material experience
• 2 years operational Engineering experience
• 1 year operational SCORM training development experience
• 1 year operational Metallurgical Processes experience
• 1 year operational Mining Processes experience
