Qualifications and Experience
Grade 12
Bachelors degree in Education, Organizational Development or equivalent
Minimum 10 years' experience in tutoring, training or learning development

Adept knowledge of tutoring and skills development
Proficiency in delivering effective training programs and materials
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to assess training methods through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations
Solid planning and organizational skills to manage multiple training initiatives and schedules
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Ability to evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
Expertise to adapt training content to meet diverse learning styles and needs
Experience in conducting assessments to measure employee competencies and performance
Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms for virtual training delivery
