Job description

We are looking for a Training Lead to join our team based in JHB.

This is an initial 12-month contract position, travelling and occasional overtime is a requirement.

The Training Lead for S4Hana Project Implementation will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive training programs for the S4Hana system to ensure successful adoption and proficiency among all users.

This role will involve close collaboration with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to align training initiatives with project goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities : Develop Training Strategy : Create a detailed training strategy and plan that addresses the needs of different user groups within the organization.

Design Training Materials : Develop and curate engaging training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and interactive workshops.

Conduct Training Sessions : Lead training sessions for end-users, super users, and project team members across various departments.

Evaluate Training Effectiveness : Implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work closely with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure training materials are aligned with project objectives.

Provide Ongoing Support : Offer continuous support and guidance to users post implementation to ensure sustained proficiency in the S4Hana system.

Requirements : Experience : A minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 3 years focused on ERP systems, preferably SAP S4Hana.

Certifications : SAP certification preferred.

Skills : Strong understanding of SAP S4Hana functionality and business processes.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.

Proficiency in e-learning development tools and software.

Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
