A leading company in security services seeks a Training Facilitator in Cape Town. The role involves presenting and assessing training interventions, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and coaching learners. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and relevant qualifications, and experience in the training environment.
Reporting to: Regional Training Manager
The above vacancy exists in Cape Town, reporting to the Regional Training Manager.
The overall purpose of this position is present, facilitate and assess training interventions as per the training function, within area of responsibility. Compliance with best practices, quality assurance standards and Industry requirements stipulated in applicable legislation.
