Training & Hr Officer

• Develop, implement, and monitor training programs for employees in compliance with food safety, GMP, and hygiene standards.
• Conduct training sessions on workplace safety, food safety, and best practices to enhance production efficiency.
• Identify skills gaps and provide recommendations for continuous improvement in training programs.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Assist with on-the-job coaching and mentorship to enhance workforce competency.

Human Resources Support:

• Assist in the development and execution of HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes for new employees.
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Facilitate performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures where necessary.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 5-10 years of experience as an HR professional within a food manufacturing or production environment.

• Qualifications: A Human Resources Qualification of at least a Diploma in Human Resources Management.

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices, GMP, and hygiene standards.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High energy levels, reliability, and a target-driven approach.
• Ability to motivate and influence others positively.

Work Conditions:
