We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and assessing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees.
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions.
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to tailor training content to specific needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training methodologies.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their professional development.
  • Manage the logistics and scheduling of training sessions, ensuring smooth execution.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • A National Senior Certificate (NSC) or equivalent.
  • A diploma or degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Education, Business Management, or Communications advantageous.
  • Certifications in training and development (e.g., Train-the-Trainer, Facilitation Skills) can be advantageous.
  • Understanding of the BPO industry, including common processes, technologies, and customer service standards.
  • Proven experience as a Training Facilitator in BPO, Corporate Trainer, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate participants, fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Proficiency in using various training tools and technologies, including e-learning platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
  • Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
