Our client, in the Food & Beverage Industry, is looking to employ a Training Executive to join their team in Centurion. This person will be responsible for developing, refining, and implementing comprehensive training programs for new and existing franchisees, their teams, Head Office, and corporate store staff. The role is focused on ensuring consistency, standardization, and excellence across the brand by equipping teams with the necessary knowledge and skills.

Required Qualifications & Working Knowledge :

  • Proven experience in training and development in the QSR or Retail Industry
  • Experience in developing training programs, SOPs, and e-learning materials
  • Strong understanding of franchise operations and food service standards
  • Experience with training evaluation and performance measurement

Duties & Responsibilities :

  1. Product training & Innovation :
  2. Develop training modules for product launches.
  3. Conduct hands-on product knowledge training.
  4. Training Program Development & Implementation :
  5. Develop and refine structured training programs for new franchisees and teams.
  6. Design training programs for corporate stores.
  7. Create ongoing training and retraining programs.
  8. Incorporate digital learning platforms where applicable for efficient training delivery.
  9. Standardize training materials.
  10. Operational Consistency & Standardization :
  11. Ensure standard operating procedures are effectively taught and implemented.
  12. Work closely with other teams to maintain consistency.
  13. Training Evaluation & Continuous Improvement :
  14. Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, performance tracking, and feedback.
  15. Adjust and improve training programs based on business needs and feedback.
  16. Onboarding & Support for New Franchisees :
  17. Develop a comprehensive onboarding training program.
  18. Conduct regular follow-ups to assess franchisees’ progress and provide additional coaching if required.
  19. Provide hands-on support.
  20. Leadership & Team Development :
  21. Work closely with HR to identify skills gaps and create tailored development programs.
  22. Train and develop corporate store managers to ensure effective management.
  23. Support submission of ATRs and WSPs.
