Training & Development Manager

Requirements :

1. Grade 12 / or equivalent
2. B Degree, post graduate would be advantageous
3. Experience with high-level presentations & negotiating at Senior Management levels / Middle management
4. Having established networks within the Supply Chain industry and TETA will add value
5. ETDP Qualification
6. Assessor and moderator training
7. 5 plus years as a training manager leading an in-house Academy, or SDF
8. Policies, procedures and reporting.
9. Computer Literacy: Expert in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI and Microsoft Forms
