Requirements :
- Grade 12 / or equivalent
- B Degree, post graduate would be advantageous
- Experience with high-level presentations & negotiating at Senior Management levels / Middle management
- Having established networks within the Supply Chain industry and TETA will add value
- ETDP Qualification
- Assessor and moderator training
- 5 plus years as a training manager leading an in-house Academy, or SDF
- Policies, procedures and reporting.
- Computer Literacy: Expert in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI and Microsoft Forms
