Malabar Resources seeks a Training Coordinator for the Maxwell Underground Mine, responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive compliance training program. The Maxwell Underground Mine owned by Malabar Resources Ltd has commenced operations at their Hunter Valley site with production projected of up to 8 million tonnes of coal per annum. With a long life the underground mine targets high quality coal with the majority being metallurgical coal.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our ongoing growth. Reporting to the Production Manager this role is responsible for developing implementing and maintaining a comprehensive Order 34compliant training program covering all aspects of training and competency management.
Additionally the successful candidate will collaborate with the Management Team to design and deliver endtoend training processes support the onboarding experience and assist in implementing effective training systems.
