We are seeking a resilient, efficient, and influential Training and Development Specialist with retail experience to join our HR: Training team at our Regional Offices in Centurion. The role involves executing the training plan for Ackermans Operations, focusing on transferring relevant skills and knowledge to foster organizational growth and development.

Qualifications
  • A formal diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Training, or Industrial Psychology
Knowledge
  • Knowledge of competency-based training and course development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Understanding of instructional design concepts and methodologies
Skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in a second official language is a plus
