Qualifications
- A formal diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Training, or Industrial Psychology
Knowledge
- Knowledge of competency-based training and course development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Understanding of instructional design concepts and methodologies
Skills
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in a second official language is a plus
- Exceptional presentation skills

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate skills and knowledge transfer aligned with business needs to enhance performance
- Coordinate training activities for store employees to implement the Training Plan successfully
- Develop relevant training materials and workshops supporting business needs
- Collect, analyze, and communicate accurate information to stakeholders
- Assess skills, abilities, and knowledge to determine competence
- Implement training business plans effectively
- Evaluate and update training materials regularly to ensure relevance and alignment with business objectives
- Monitor training outcomes and recommend new approaches and techniques
- Update existing training content as necessary
- Oversee training results and continuous improvement initiatives
