Training and Development Manager (Automotive) – Sandton.
An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and experienced Training / Learning and Development Manager within a rapidly growing automotive group.
This pivotal role is dedicated to enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and performance through the design, delivery, and management of comprehensive training programs.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fostering continuous development and ensuring that training initiatives align seamlessly with the organization’s strategic goals.
R35 000 to R45 000 per month CTC.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training and development, preferably within the automotive industry
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of training methodologies and proficiency in e-learning platforms and digital tools
Ability to conduct training needs analyses and evaluate program effectiveness
Proven experience in managing multiple training projects simultaneousl
Willingness to travel between company locations as required
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and update training materials, including course outlines, presentations, and assessments
Facilitate workshops, seminars, and online courses with adaptable delivery methods
Identify training gaps and organizational needs to create targeted programs
Measure training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics
Provide ongoing learner support during and after training sessions
Utilize e-learning platforms and digital tools to enrich learning experiences
Select and manage internal and external training resources and vendors
Develop and manage training budgets efficiently
Ensure training programs meet industry standards and regulatory compliance
