Job description

Are you ready to spark minds and shape futures? Star Factory is calling on vibrant and driven Training Administrator to bring learning to life at our Umhlanga, Durban branch. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of training for Hollywoodbets.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Computer literate

A Bonus to Have:

  • Degree or appropriate qualification.
  • Experience as a training administrator.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities:

Administration

  • Is responsible for all administrative functions related to learnerships and other training interventions as required by the team to ensure that the interventions are tracked, recorded and reported on as required.
  • Ensure all relevant documents meet compliance requirements for BBBEE and other audit.

Reporting

  • Assists with Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA), Annual Training Report (ATR) and Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) requirements to ensure that the business remains compliant.
  • Maintains and updates all relevant training records as required to ensure that the data is available for business reporting.

Learnership Support

  • Assists trainers, learners and other Training Administrators as and when required to ensure that tasks are completed as required.

Adhoc

  • Flight and accommodation bookings for learners and team members as and when requested according to implemented procedures.
  • Ordering of stock for the office as required and according to approved procedures.
  • Assist with relevant tasks allocated to other training support team members in their absence.
  • Any other training administration or related tasks.

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

  • Be able to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates sound administration skills, portraying attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate high energy, enthusiasm and motivation in execution of work.
  • Strong sense of accountability, dedication, and high sense of responsibility.
  • Be proficient in training administrative tasks.
