Job description

As a Trainer, you will be essential in the facilitation and delivery of T&D activities across our Client Servicing teams. You will report into the T&D Lead.

Your role in the Team

The T&D team manages all training and development activities for Client Servicing teams, including onboarding, APT & TET.

Reporting to the T&D Lead, you’ll create, design, and deliver T&D activities, handle administrative tasks, represent the department in meetings, engage stakeholders, and prepare reports.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Deliver training sessions on onboarding, APT, and more.
  2. Develop new training programs with stakeholder input.
  3. Create training materials.
  4. Manage the LMS and handle administrative duties.
  5. Participate in meetings (like CMOM), including report creation.
  6. Support the T&D Lead as needed.
