Job Description

As a Trainer, you will be essential in the facilitation and delivery of T&D activity across our Client Servicing teams. You will report into the T&D Lead.

Your role in the Team

The T&D team are responsible for the creation, management and delivery of all training and developmental activity across Client Servicing teams. This includes the major training milestones of; onboarding, APT & TET.

Reporting into the T&D Lead, you’ll play a fundamental role in creating, designing and delivering T&D activity, including the admin elements of the role. You’ll be a representative of the T&D department and will attend meetings, engage stakeholders and prepare presentations/reports accordingly.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver training sessions on onboarding, APT and more.
  • Scope out new trainings with stakeholder collaboration.
  • Create new training materials.
  • Manage the LMS and other admin tasks.
  • Represent T&D in meetings (like CMOM), which can include the need to create reports.
  • Generally support the T&D Lead.

  • Excellent communication skills – the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation and organization – the ability to manage your own time and task list effectively.
  • Strong IG product and process knowledge.
  • Solid network across Client Servicing teams.
  • Substantial experience delivering trainings.
