Responsibilities
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers
- Manage WSP and SDF
- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
- Monitor and evaluate the training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
- Training of Managers
- Manage training budget
- Quality Assurance of both Training and Assessments
- Management of the training programs (Skills and Unit Standard based )
- Provide opportunities for ongoing development
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary
- Compilation of regional training data and statistics
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices
Requirements
- 2 years of Micros/GAAP experience
- 2 years of QSR Management Trainer experience
- Minimum of 2 years training experience in a QSR environment essential like KFC or Pizza Hut
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office packages (Micros proficiency is beneficial)
- Preference will be given to accredited trainers
