Job Description
To be trained in the analysis and implementation of legislation, policies, processes, and procedures for strategic planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting performance. The incumbent is expected to be a self-motivated trainee eager to learn. Knowledge of basic strategic management and performance reporting concepts and tools is required, along with the ability to address groups and teams of employees on work planning issues.
