Purpose of the Role

We seek an experienced Trainee Store Manager to lead our retail store, achieve sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, and manage store operations effectively. The candidate should be capable of reducing risks and stock losses while maintaining store standards to meet business objectives. The Store Manager will oversee all operational aspects and lead the team to reach and exceed goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and ensure world-class customer service.
  • Maintain excellent store standards, including merchandising, stock management, and presentation.
  • Assist in stock receiving, stock counts, expiry date management, and stock condition.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, supporting the HO HOLA Culture.
  • Handle cash management, including floats, daily banking, and cashier support.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate team members’ performance.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring hygiene, food quality, and safety standards.
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee store operations, including opening, closing, and security procedures.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
