As a lettings negotiator, you will play a key role in welcoming and registering tenants, supporting them throughout the renting process, and progressing tenancies to move-in day.

You will offer exceptional customer service to applicants, landlords, and other stakeholders. You will report to our Leasing Manager.

Responsibilities of a lettings negotiator include:

1. Daily management of applicants
2. Generating and conducting viewings professionally
3. Keeping clients updated on all matters
4. Negotiating offers
5. Collecting holding deposits and tenancy monies
6. Overseeing tenant referencing and right-to-rent checks
7. Ensuring legal compliance on offers
8. Conducting pre-tenancy checks and notifying the Relationship Manager of any required works
9. Providing high levels of customer service
