Trainee Recruitment Consultant – IT and Cyber Security

We have partnered with a leading IT and Cyber Security recruitment firm with offices in the UK and the US. With a proven track record in cyber security, corporate security, and data privacy, our client is a market leader in these rapidly growing fields for over 20 years. Due to expansion, they are hiring motivated recent graduates to join as trainee recruitment consultants.

Our client offers an outstanding training program led by industry experts to equip you with the skills needed for success. Successful trainees can benefit from an uncapped commission scheme, with first-year consultants earning over £15,000 in addition to their salary. Role Responsibilities
  • Sourcing candidates via advertising, networking, research, and headhunting
  • Attending client meetings and networking events
  • Assessing candidate experience, arranging interviews, and managing the interview process
  • Handling the offer process, delivering good news, and ensuring candidate satisfaction
