Job Description
- Developing promotions for various frequencies to drive customer deposits
- Data analysis of marketing database to identify the core segment of the campaign
- Generation of marketing campaign ideas and design briefs for trending US events and themes as well as religious and/or national celebrations
- Management of copywriters and designers to ensure campaign brief is executed to an impeccable standard and on a timely basis
- Design and implementation of direct mail and digital campaigns including the building of the campaign communications
- Review of post campaign performance metrics to identify potential to increase future campaign performance
- Development of cross marketing strategies and campaigns to increase overall financial performance of the casino brand group
- Management of game content to maximise financial performance by leveraging new games releases and effectively promoting existing content
- Creating engaging entertainment through the use of leaderboards and tournaments to drive customer engagement
- Constantly evaluating content offering and utilising this to develop promotions and marketing content to drive customer deposits
- Performing market research on the core customer base to generate entertaining and relevant marketing content
- Testing hypotheses based on insights gained from previous campaigns and market research

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- 0-3 years work experience, preferably in an analytical role
- Experience in data analysis beneficial
- Strong IT skills, proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office
- No Gaming experience and/or knowledge required
