The role provides a structured development program to learn the full merchandising process and critical path, ensuring orders are placed on time.

Training covers product knowledge, supplier negotiations, assortment building, quality standards and trend analysis.

Qualifications

• Numerical skills required.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends is advantageous.
• Deal with supplier negotiations and product knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate to ensure orders are placed on time and critical paths are met.
• Complete development program to understand the full merchandise process and critical path.
• Assist in analyzing current trade and product performance to propose opportunities to maximize sales and minimize risk.
