Placements24 is seeking a motivated Trainee Boilermaker to join their Rustenburg-based industrial operations. This apprenticeship provides hands-on training in fabricating, assembling, and installing boilers, tanks and large metal structures under the guidance of experienced tradespeople.

You will learn to read blueprints, operate grinders, cutting torches and welding equipment, and develop skills in measurement, safety and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Perform fitting and tack-welding operations to prepare components for final welding.
• Ensure all work adheres to strict quality control standards and safety regulations.
• Participate in scheduled training sessions and on-the-job skill development activities.

About the Role
