Job description

Our Clientis looking for a Traffic & Operations Manager to oversee workflow, manage production schedules, and ensure seamless coordination across teams. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in digital media or agency environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and refine internal production systems and processes.
  • Manage, track, and facilitate all jobs in the system efficiently.
  • Set and coordinate timelines, ensuring all production schedules are met.
  • Report on the status of jobs and ensure critical deadlines are adhered to.
  • Oversee workflow and approvals processes to maintain efficiency.
  • Ensure quality control and content reviews before assets are delivered.
  • Support the Account Manager with client communication, ensuring smooth asset handovers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Prepare and source content, including copy and images, for layouts.
  • Manage editorial budgets and track expenditure.
  • Organise and participate in planning and client status meetings.
  • Process invoices and manage administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • A National Qualification or higher in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital traffic management within an agency.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Chase).
  • Strong understanding of digital media terminology and major platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong client service skills with experience managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in budgeting and operational excellence within marketing or agency teams.
Technical & Soft Skills:
  • Project Management Ability to track tasks and manage workflows efficiently.
  • Operational Skills Ensuring smooth task allocation and project tracking.
