The Make It Goo Company is seeking a Traffic Manager to own day-to-day workflow in a primarily in-office setting in Johannesburg. You will coordinate digital, creative and content projects, balance team capacity and keep schedules on track.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in agency traffic or project management, exceptional scheduling skills, and a proactive, independent work style with strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ agency experience in traffic, project management or a similar role.
• Experience in digital, creative and content environments.
• Strong scheduling and resource allocation skills.
• Hands-on, organised and proactive approach.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently.
• Clear, confident communication with teams at every level.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Managing daily traffic across digital, creative and content projects.
• Allocating resources and balancing team capacity.
• Building and maintaining project schedules.
• Coordinating workflow between creative, content, digital and client service teams.
• Ensuring deliverables move smoothly from brief to sign-off.
• Spotting bottlenecks early and resolving them before they become problems.
• Support operations leadership to maintain smooth workflow.

Location: Johannesburg, Sandton

Work model: Primarily in-office, with 1 to 2 informal work-from-home days by agreement. Need to be able to legally work in SA to be considered.

Salary: R28 000 - R35 000 CTC per month

Contract: 6-month contract, with a view to extension
