Job description

Are you a strong strategist in media trading with a proven ability to negotiate great deals and build solid relationships? Do you have an integrated view of both offline and digital media, and are you passionate about finding new growth opportunities? If yes, we invite you to join our dynamic team as a Trading Manager! u00A0 Your main goal: As a Trading Manager, you will develop and manage trading strategies for the agency. You'll ensure we offer competitive trading options, market them effectively to our clients, and maximize the agency's revenue. You will be the main contact between the agency and media suppliers, GroupM, and media auditors, building strong and productive partnerships. You will also play a key role in creating strategies to integrate offline and digital media. What you will do:
  • Build and strengthen relationships with media suppliers in Romania, negotiating annual contracts and maximizing benefits for the agency and our clients.
  • Deeply understand the trading needs of our clients and lead annual negotiations with client service teams, ensuring each client's specific goals are met.
  • Actively participate in buying presentations to clients, developing compelling strategies and supporting the agency's proposals.
  • Provide clients with a clear view of the market and current buying trends, prepare accurate deal memos, and track the performance of buying conditions throughout the year, suggesting optimization strategies.
  • Actively help optimize the media mix, especially TV, in client proposals.
  • Carefully monitor clients' annual budgets and spending, understanding bonus schemes and maximizing related benefits.
  • Evaluate market and client benchmarks and provide support to agency units in external buying reports.
  • Collaborate on developing innovative special projects for clients.
  • Strengthen relationships with the agency's and clients' auditors, negotiating relevant indicators and ensuring alignment on all monitored aspects.
  • Evaluate audit presentations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Proactively identify business growth opportunities for clients and the agency and actively participate in pitches, developing competitive buying strategies.
  • Work closely with agency units and GroupM to maximize buying KPIs and bonus schemes.
  • Contribute relevant market and trading information for various agency tools and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the global trading team to manage regional budgets, audits, and trading reports.
