Now, we're seeking a passionate and experienced creative partner to lead our custom design efforts and work directly with clients to bring their jewelry dreams to life.

What You'll Do:

1. Lead Creative Design: Use your expertise in CAD (e.g., Rhino, MatrixGold) and jewelry design to create stunning, custom pieces that inspire our customers.
2. Client Consultations: Engage with clients one-on-one. Learn their stories, understand their style, and guide them through a personalized design process.
3. Shape Our Brand: As a co-founder, you'll have a real voice in defining our creative direction, product offerings, and overall brand identity.
4. Collaborate Closely: Work side-by-side with me, handling the business and digital side, while you focus on design innovation and client satisfaction.
5. Ensure Quality: Oversee design feasibility and maintain high standards in every piece, ensuring our production partners deliver excellence.
