Responsibilities

Plan, organize, lead and control operations at major SA ports and inland locations.
Manage and monitor operational performance.
Control revenue and expenses in line with budgets and business strategies.
Set annual budget targets with the Business Manager.
Ensure quality systems ISO 9001/ISO 17020 compliance and accreditation.
Provide liaison and technical support to clients and respond to complaints.
Attend management meetings and quarterly client satisfaction surveys.
