Strategic Trade Management : You will develop and implement trade strategies for existing markets, aligned with business objectives. Monitor and adapt strategies based on market trends, competition, and consumer needs. Identify growth opportunities within distribution channels and ensure alignment with the company’s value proposition. You’ll collaborate with distributors and internal teams for effective execution.

Channel and Distributor Performance : You’ll build and maintain strong distributor relationships, ensuring alignment with performance expectations. Support distributors with tools, materials, and training. Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and distributors to address operational challenges.

Trade Campaigns and Execution : Plan and execute trade campaigns, promotions, and in-store activities to boost product visibility. You will oversee the production and distribution of trade materials. Through metrics like ROI, sales lift, and brand presence, you will evaluate campaign effectiveness. Align activities with consumer needs and market demands and coordinate with sales and operations for timely implementation.

Operational Excellence and Reporting : You will ensure financial compliance by tracking and managing trade budgets. Monitor and analyse market performance metrics, providing actionable insights. You’ll streamline workflows for efficiency and provide detailed performance reports, identifying trends and optimisation areas.
