Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a technical sales environment.
  • Strong technical background in:
  • Satellite TV, CCTV, IP Solutions, and Audio-Visual systems.
  • Fibre to the Home and IT Networking.
  • Security systems design and installation.
  • Fibre Optic and Networking qualifications are essential.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical product functionality.
  • Computer literacy - Knowledge of SAPS and CRM Systems advantageous.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct sales and provide technical support at the trade counter.
  • Demonstrate and present products in the showroom.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer data.
  • Monitor and review individual sales performance.
  • Work towards achieving monthly branch targets.
  • Use of SAP and CRM systems (advantageous).
