Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany, and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field :

Position : (Senior) Legal Counsel

Sector : Public Sector

Start Date : Immediately

Duration : 3+ months (option for perm.)

Salary : CHF 140’000-180’000

Tasks

• Provide legal support on real estate transactions, property management, lease agreements, and land registry matters
• Offer legal counsel on a range of issues, including civil and contract law, with a focus on real estate matters
• Conduct research on legal and regulatory challenges impacting project development, including environmental, permitting, and land use laws
• Identify and mitigate legal risks throughout real estate projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal issues, specializing in real estate law

Requirements

• Completed law degree and possession of the Bar Admission is preferred
• Min. 5+ years of law practice specialized in real estate law, tenancy law, property law, and construction law
• Fluency in German; additional languages are a plus
