The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree (BEng or equivalent).
Quality control/management qualification (advantageous) Internal auditing. 3-5 years’ experience in chemical/process/quality engineering position within a 24-hour plant.
Computer Literacy, WCM experience for internal applicants. This role calls for a person who is good at communication and analytical skills.
The role’s objective is to develop and introduce Quality control and process improvements using the tools within the Q&PC Pillar linking through to step Zero. The primary objective will be to improve process performance KPI’s focusing on the key areas of Yield loss and customer complaints. Also involved in WCM projects within the plant that links to Product Quality and take lead in raw material trials and New Product Developments. To undertake these tasks in an efficient safe manner meeting with SHE legislation, company policy and Managers' rules.
