This is an entry-level administrative position with opportunities to develop within a dynamic industry and a leading travel company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Reconfirm consultant files with suppliers by sending reconfirmations and vouchers, ensuring final itineraries match confirmations and bookings in Tourplan.
  2. Verify Tourplan data against GIS and flight details, check guest bookings, pick-up/drop-off details, allocations, and booked services.
  3. Check and save lodge Daysheets, ensuring accuracy of information received from &Beyond Lodges.
  4. Create, assemble, and print documentation for the travel wallet.
  5. Plan daily logistics for delivering Travel Wallets to operational bases.
  6. Communicate with Consultants and Managers to gather documentation and reconfirm bookings.
  7. Maintain clear daily communication with reservations team and suppliers.
  8. Uphold the values of &Beyond: Care of the people, land, and wildlife.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel, including typing skills.
  • Understanding of reservation systems is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Tourplan or similar reservation systems is beneficial.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A qualification in Tourism or Travel (degree/diploma/certificate) is advantageous.
SKILLS:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Tourplan or similar systems is a plus.
  • Analytical skills and data interpretation.
  • Excellent telephone manner and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and reporting skills.
  • Market knowledge and creative experience crafting guest experiences.
  • Customer service focus and attention to detail.
  • Effective time management, teamwork, and organizational skills.
