Job summary

Combined Motor Holdings Limited – CMH West Rand is seeking an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Executive to drive pre-owned vehicle sales and hit targets. You will qualify customers, perform needs analysis, and present suitable vehicles with clear benefits and financing options.

A proactive, professional approach and ability to work weekends/on-site displays are essential. Responsibilities include persisting customer follow-up, maintaining GP, and delivering outstanding service to secure repeat

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years automotive sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales target of 6+ vehicles per month consistently.
• Maintain GP according to standards.
• Prospect and cold call for new business (min 30 calls per day).
• Achieve a minimum of 1 finance application per day.
• Achieve daily sales activity targets.
• Explains product knowledge, application, and benefits to prospects.
• Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Actively man offsite displays (Over time and weekend work will be required).
• Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up systems.
• Attends product and sales training courses as requested by sales manager.
• Keeps up to date on new products and services within the industry.
• Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• Maintains a prospect development system.
• Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
• Satisfies the transportation needs of vehicle purchasers.
• Delivers vehicles and ensures customers understand vehicle’s operating features and warranty.
• Introduces customers to service department personnel for future services.
• Post delivery follow up.
• Maintain floor and display area/ preparation of stock of retail.
