This full-time, remote role focuses on researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality outreach.

Formación

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar.
• Experience with outbound outreach and account research.
• Ability to personalize outreach and craft effective messages.
• Familiarity with ICP and targeting based on it.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
