Region MED >SBU MED Service >Tools Coordination

Supply Chain Operations is part of Vestas' growing and dynamic Service Business Unit. The department is responsible for planning, repair, certification and technical support for Service tools

Responsibilities

  • Organize replacement of tools on site for certification
  • Repair of tools with vendors (ask for quotation, update PR's, etc)
  • Manage certificates (contact vendors, look for certificates, etc) or update local database for non-traceable tools
  • Analyze MRP demands and fill the PR's to launch purchases
  • Receive demand from Service, adopt to PR, Support to Supervisors/stock keepers/ other colleagues
  • Follow up and report on expired tools and support to Supervisors/stock keepers replace and certification process.

Qualifications

  • Education related to supply chain management and logistics
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience from a similar role
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Valid driver's license

Competencies

  • Analytical competencies driving to effective action plans
  • Solid IT capabilities and knowledge of SAP, Excel, Sharepoint, Powerpoint
  • A flexible approach to your work and the ability to handle many tasks at the same time
  • Capacity to prioritize according to targets, self-sufficiency in problem solving, search for solutions
