Tool Maker -Rosslyn

Knowledge of all types of injection moulds: hot runner, semi-hot runner, cold runner, extrusion blow moulds, and injection stretch blow moulds.

Handling multicavity moulds.

Handling breakdowns and preventive maintenance as per schedule.

Implementation of GMP & QMS on the shop floor.

Checking process monitoring of machines & moulds.

Looking after daily shift activities such as success.

Documentation for the toolroom and participating in internal processes.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills:

Candidate must be NTTF / CIPET with 5-8 years of experience in tool room mould making / mould maintenance.

Having a valid passport.

Hands-on experience capable of handling larger size tools like bumpers and grills.
