Job summary

Super Group International in Cape Town seeks an experienced Planning Analytics (TM1) Developer to drive multidimensional modeling and data integration across the finance domain.

You will design and maintain TM1 cubes, rules and ETL processes, develop PAW/PAX interfaces and deliver robust BI solutions while mentoring colleagues and promoting best practices.

This role offers challenging projects in a fast-paced gaming group with opportunities to impact decision-making and shape analytics maturity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) development experience in a Finance environment.
• Undergraduate degree or substantial progress in Information Systems/Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or similar.
• Extensive knowledge of cube technology, dimensional modeling and PA, PAW and PAX.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and deploy TM1 cubes, rules and ETL processes.
• Maintain existing TM1 models.
• Develop interfaces for PAW reports and data capture.
• Post deployment support and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Integrate new data sources and manage data flows per client needs.
• Manage user permissions and monitor server performance.
• Provide user training and upskill team members.
• Proactively improve processes within current systems and translate client requests into technical roadmaps.
