Job summary

Super Group International is seeking a Planning Analytics (TM1) Developer to support ERP and cube reporting for strategic decision-making. You will design and optimize TM1 models, develop PAW interfaces, and provide post- deployment support while mentoring junior team members.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements, drive best practices, and continuously improve data integration and analytics capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) development experience in a Finance environment.
Bachelor's degree or substantial progress towards one in Information Systems/Tech, Math, Stats, Engineering or similar.
Experience in cube technology, dimensional modelling, and PA/PAW/PAX.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test and deploy multidimensional TM1 cubes, rules and ETL processes.
Maintain existing TM1 models and ensure optimal performance.
Develop PAW reports and interfaces for data capture; maintain documentation.
