Job description

Requirements:

1. CA(SA) Non-Negotiable
2. 5+ years of experience in property finance
3. Strong expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, equity accounting, and IFRS
4. Experience preparing and presenting Board & Exco packs
5. Proficiency in property management systems like MDA, MRI, or similar is a plus
6. Exceptional leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance
2. Oversee equity accounting, tax, consolidations, and IFRS reporting
3. Prepare and present high-level Board & Exco packs to key stakeholders
4. Drive financial strategy, risk management, and business insights
5. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial performance and controls
