Job summary

Office Beacon South Africa is seeking a hands-on TikTok Affiliate Manager to grow creator-driven affiliate activity. You’ll manage the full creator lifecycle—from sourcing and onboarding to activation and retention—across TikTok Shop partnerships.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year hands-on experience, strong communication, and a data-driven mindset to drive revenue for DTC brands.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit creators through TikTok Shop, creator marketplaces, and outbound outreach
• Manage scaled outreach campaigns using AI-powered tools
• Conduct targeted outreach to high-potential creators
• Onboard creators into TikTok Shop affiliate programs
• Coordinate product seeding, shipping, tracking, and confirmations
• Ensure creators understand briefs, expectations, timelines, and deliverables
• Maintain strong relationships with active creators
• Drive consistent creator activity and content output
• Re-engage inactive creators and develop retention strategies
• Identify high-performing creators and scale successful partnerships
• Monitor creator performance and revenue contribution
• Analyse trends and identify opportunities for growth
