Tier 3 Enterprise Engineer

We are looking for an expert-level engineer to lead advanced IT infrastructure projects and provide in-depth support for network, storage, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead troubleshooting and optimization for critical IT infrastructure.
2. Provide expert support for networking (CCNP+), VMware, Veeam, and Microsoft Server infrastructure.
3. Manage and optimize VPN, Active Directory, and Office environments.
4. Ensure SAN storage and FortiGate firewall configurations meet security and performance standards.
5. Mentor and train junior engineers.

Requirements (Essential):

1. 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT support.
2. Must have own, fit-for-purpose transport.

Certifications (Mandatory):

1. CCNP or higher (for network support)
2. VCP - VMware Certified Professional or higher
3. VMCE (Veeam Certified Engineer) or superior
4. Microsoft Certified Expert (Server / Cloud solutions)
5. Fortinet Certified (FortiGate)
