Introduction
Level 2 Network Engineer with a background in managed services, skilled in integrating and problem-solving in Windows Server, Microsoft, Cisco Internetworking, VPNs, and firewalls.

Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:

1. CCNA / CCDA / CCNP (CISCO Certified)
2. MCITP / MCP Certified
3. Microsoft Technologies (Modern Workplace)
4. Microsoft Azure (Storage and Compute) Distinct advantageous
5. Firewall management and implementation (Fortinet NSE 3 Network Security Associate)
6. 3-5 years of CISCO network experience
7. Drivers license and own transport

Key Performance Areas:

1. Maintain and control computer networks and related computing environments together with structured software, programs software, hardware, and configurations
2. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and other network and system problems
3. Small to medium projects and deployments
4. Disaster recovery operations and record backups
5. Monitor overall network performance
6. Configuration of routing and switching equipment
7. Wireless infrastructure - Controllers and Access Points
8. Firewall configuration and support
9. Internal and external stakeholder engagement and collaboration - Onboarding, Cloud to Cloud, Networks, Security, and Disaster Recovery Planning
