Sasso Consulting (Pty) Ltd in Centurion, Gauteng, is seeking experienced Threat and Vulnerability Management Specialists to identify, assess, prioritise and manage cybersecurity threats across complex IT environments. You will proactively identify vulnerabilities, coordinate remediation and implement vulnerability management processes to strengthen security.

This hands-on role requires experience with vulnerability assessment tools, threat intelligence and enterprise cybersecurity technologies

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Typically 3–5 years of relevant vulnerability management / cybersecurity experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise vulnerability scanning tools.
• Knowledge of CVE and CVSS.
• Understanding of patch management and remediation processes.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Identify, analyse and prioritise vulnerabilities by severity and business impact.
• Coordinate remediation with infrastructure, networking, cloud and application teams.
• Develop and maintain vulnerability dashboards and risk reports.
• Support patch management activities and incident response when required.
