Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Threat Intelligence Analyst (AI Training) for an hourly contract, fully remote, with 10–40 hours per week. You will contribute real-world threat intelligence to train frontier AI systems and help shape how AI analyzes cyber threats.

You will analyze threat reports, evaluate IOCs and TTPs, and generate structured data for AI training while reviewing AI outputs for accuracy. Independent, self-motivated candidates with 2+ years in threat intel or security analysis are

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on threat intelligence, SOC ops, or security analysis.
• Familiar with MITRE ATT&CK, OSINT collection methodologies, or CTI production workflows.
• Able to assess threat reporting for realism and quality.
• Strong written communication and structured reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and classify real-world threat reports, adversary campaigns, and attacker behavior.
• Evaluate indicators of compromise (IOCs), TTPs, and end-to-end attack narratives for accuracy and realism.
• Generate, structure, and validate threat intelligence data used to train and assess AI systems.
• Review AI-generated cybersecurity outputs for factual accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Distinguish genuine attacker behavior from fabricated or low-quality data.
