Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to deliver therapeutic services in Tembisa. You will assess client needs, apply Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and other modalities, and tailor treatment plans.

Maintain hygiene, document sessions, educate clients on self-care, and collaborate within a supportive practice focused on rehabilitative bodywork. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Massage Therapist license in the province.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional massage therapy experience.
• Proficiency in multiple massage techniques and modalities.
• Excellent knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client bookings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to understand their specific needs, pain points, and therapeutic goals.
• Perform various massage modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and trigger point therapy.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to address client conditions and promote recovery.
