Job Title: Theatre Stock Controller - Midstream, Pretoria

Location: Gauteng, Pretoria

Deadline: June 16, 2025

Key Outputs
  • Management of theatre stock and equipment charging.
  • Control of stock levels in theatre, including credits, wastages, expired and aged stock, and stock takes.
  • Orientation and supervision of staff where applicable.
  • Coordinate theatre billing processes.
  • Administration of consignment stock.
  • Maintain Theatre charge sheets.
  • Ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum of Grade 12.
  • Commercial or nursing qualifications are preferable.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in a day hospital is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of surgical & ethical products, prostheses, and sutures.
  • Understanding of patient administration systems is a plus.
  • Flexibility to meet operational needs.
  • Effective communication skills with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
