Job title: Theatre Stock Controller Assistant – Foreshore, Cape Town
Job Location: Western Cape, Cape Town

KEY OUTPUTS

Assisting Stock Controller with management of theatre stock and equipment charging.
Responsible for stock control in theatre including optimum stock levels, credits, wastages, expired and aged stock, stock takes, etc.
Responsible for the theatre stock billing process.
Responsible for the administration of consignment stock.
Responsible for maintaining Theatre charge sheets.
Ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum of Grade 12.
Commercial/nursing qualifications are preferable.
Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar role.
Previous experience in a day hospital will be to your advantage.
Assist the Stock Controller during Stock Take with all the necessary administration.
Assisting the Stock Controller on a day-to-day basis with all daily duties, as required.
Monitor changes to stock bins and make necessary changes to Batch Stock Binning.
Responsible for checking and ensuring that all theatre backings in the patient's file have been marked for billing.
Receiving, filing, and copying of original invoices.
Processing of invoices.
Ordering stock.
Computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
Store Keeping/Procurement jobs.
