MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To lead and direct the Operating Theatre Unit's optimisation through process analysis and re-engineering.

Facilitating process enhancement and change in terms of business strategies to ensure maximum revenue, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
  • Manage the operational efficiencies of the Operating Theatre Unit
  • Manage and mitigate operational risks within the Operating Theatre Unit for all theatre users
  • Ensure alignment of Operating Theatre operations with the hospital's strategic objectives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, external, and internal auditing bodies
  • Manage key stakeholder relations
REQUIRED EDUCATION
  • Essential: Degree or Diploma
  • Desired: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum: 4 to 8 years of related experience
  • Desired: Proven experience in operational or business management, preferably in healthcare

Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
