The P&C Advisor Consultant (limited full-time)

What you'll do

The P&C Advisor Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Provide consultative support to help leaders make well-informed, fair and people centered decisions
  • Drive consultation, coordination and resolution of cases from an end-to-end perspective, engaging multiple functional areas where required. Cases may be on request or proactive depending on customers’ needs and topic
  • Consult with leaders on complex topics such as development planning, retention, performance management, team development, survey follow up and leadership
  • Evolve P&C Advisor services keeping in mind customer needs, continuous improvement and simplification
  • Increase customer adoption in targeted areas
  • Participate in P&CAdvisor projects with a focus on Global Topics, Customer Experience and Service Evolution
  • Actively innovate and contribute to the further improvement of collaboration across functions
  • Share leadership best practices

  • Strong educational background with Bachelor/Master’s degree or comparable experience
  • At least 3-5 years overall working experience, 1-2 years in a HR position or comparable working experience
